RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- All claims require a 360° opening video of the package. If there is no opening video in 360°, then the claim will be rejected.
- We accept returns only in case you have received a damaged product or the product is a different product than what you have ordered.
- All our products are thoroughly checked before packing, but in an unlikely case where you receive a damaged product, please contact us on +91-9372232044 or write us on rimayu07@gmail.com within 24 hours .
- In case your product qualifies as a defective product we will arrange for a reverse pickup and refund your money.
- Upon non-acceptance of delivery, the package will be returned back to us and double shipping will apply if you still want it.
- There will be no refund or coupon generated if the item is returned or cancelled after dispatch.

- If your product darkens over time. Natural oxidization is a property of sliver metal and is caused by varying climatic & storage conditions.

CANCELLATIONS
- you can cancel your order before it’s shipped. in that case you, will get a coupon code of equivalent amount. Validity of the coupon will be 6 months.
- We don’t entertain cancellations post the product is dispatched.
